WHAT KIND OF FORMAT DOES MY IMAGE COME IN?

Your personalized file will come in PNG format. We chose PNG because the image won’t lose any of its data when compressed, which makes it much easier to store and transfer.

Digital downloads come in either PNG or high-resolution JPG.

There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file.

​

Custom Images: Go back to your Etsy Messenger box and click on the message from Black Dog Customs. You should see your custom image in the message.

Instant Downloads:  Go back to the item's listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.
